Paul Gause stole a pass to set up a go-ahead dunk by Jeremy Hazell with 1:29 to play and Seton Hall won its fourth straight Big East Conference game with a 65-60 victory over Rutgers on Sunday. Gause added a free throw and Hazell put the icing on the game with another breakaway basket in the closing seconds as the Pirates (13-9, 4-6) swept the two-game season series with their New Jersey rivals.

Ryan Thompson's driving layup with 3.4 seconds left gave Rider a 90-88 win over Siena on Saturday. The Broncs had rallied to take the lead in the closing minutes, but the Saints fought back and tied the game at 86-86 on Alex Franklin's 3-point play with 1:06 left. Novar Gadson's layup on Rider's next possession put them ahead, but Siena responded with a basket by Ryan Rossiter with 37 seconds left.

Pawel Buczak and Dan Mavraides each had three 3-pointers as Princeton outshot Cornell from long range and rolled to a 61-41 win Friday night. The Tigers (8-8, 3-0 Ivy League) converted 8 of 14 tries from beyond the arc, while Cornell (14-7, 4-1) made just 2 of 17. Overall Princeton shot 50 percent from the field, while holding the Big Red to 32 percent.

Demetrius Williamson tied a career high with 19 points to help Niagara beat St. Peter's 73-55 Friday night. Williamson made five straight 3-pointers to tie another career best but left the game with 10:33 left. Williamson made a layup for a 52-38 lead and landed hard on the floor after a foul by Ryan Bacon.
